The room felt cramped and stuffy, with
very little ventilation. We struggled with the heat as the air conditioning was ineffective. However, the location was excellent, right in front of the metro and a shopping mall, which made getting around easy.

i stayed in a standard queen room at mx forum buenavista for 3 nights. the hotel's location is great for shopping, right across from a big mall. it made it easy to access nice neighborhoods like condesa and roma. the staff was incredibly helpful, which is always a bonus when traveling solo.

Great location near local attractions.
The breakfast was very disappointing and lackluster. I found the food options to be extremely limited, with the same few items available every day. Additionally, the room had no windows for fresh air, and staff seemed confused about my check-out date.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The rooms were clean, spacious and perfect for my family of four. The staff were remarkably helpful, even providing extra water bottles at no charge. The breakfast was delightful, with healthy choices and coffee available all day. Location-wise, we found it very accommodating for exploring the city!

great access to parks, museums, and shopping spots
I stayed here for three nights and loved how easy it was to walk to Alameda Central, where I enjoyed beautiful park views, and the Museo Mural Diego Rivera, which is just a short stroll away, making my city explorations so convenient and enjoyable.
